About Date calculator
How many days until a deadline, a trip or an exam? How many working days does a project have? This date calculator counts the exact number of days between two dates and breaks it down into weeks, months and working days.
Switch to add or subtract mode to find the date that is, for example, 90 days after an invoice date or 6 months before an expiry date.
Days between dates
Total days, weeks and days, months and days, and working days (Monday–Friday).
Add or subtract time
Add or subtract days, weeks, months and years to find a deadline or past date.
Include the end day
Choose whether to count the end date, as many contracts and leave forms do.
Frequently asked questions
How do I count the days between two dates?
Select the start and end dates. The calculator shows the number of days between them; tick “Include end date” to count the last day too.
What are working days?
Working days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not removed, because they differ between countries.
How do I find a date 90 days from today?
Choose “Add / subtract”, keep today as the start date, enter 90 days and choose Add.
How are months added?
Adding a month keeps the same day number. If that day does not exist (for example 31 February), the last day of the month is used.
